Our free personalised design service includes:
• Meet with you on-site to discuss your ideas
• Draw up concept plan (including floor plan and 2 elevations)*
• Provide you with a FREE written estimate
• Fine-tune the design if necessary to achieve the best home for your needs and budget

All we ask is that you currently own a block of land or have land under contract to purchase.

* These plans will be retained by Unique Country Homes until you choose to proceed with us.
